Donation Policy

Donation Policy

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

Thank you for supporting Global Freedom Mission, a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your generosity supports charitable, humanitarian, educational, and Christian ministry purposes consistent with GFM’s mission.

We are deeply committed to financial integrity, accountability, and transparency in all we do. The following Donation Policy outlines how contributions are handled and used.

1. Tax-Deductible Contributions

Global Freedom Mission is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law and the donor’s circumstances. Donors should retain appropriate records and consult a qualified tax adviser when needed.

Donation confirmations and tax documentation are provided according to the capabilities of the payment method used and applicable legal requirements. Donors may contact Global Freedom Mission if they need assistance with donation records.

Our EIN (Employer Identification Number) is: 93-1597029

2. Use of Donations

Unless otherwise designated, all donations are directed to the general fund of Global Freedom Mission.
This allows us to allocate resources where they are most needed across our missions, outreaches, and humanitarian programs.

When GFM accepts a gift solicited for a stated charitable program or purpose, we seek to use it consistently with that stated purpose while retaining the discretion and control required of the charitable organization. If a specific project becomes impracticable, fully funded, changed, or cannot proceed, affected funds will be handled consistently with applicable law, the terms of the solicitation, and GFM’s charitable purposes.

What your donation supports: Food, medical assistance, clothing, schooling, practical clean water support and other verified humanitarian needs, together with the responsible delivery of that help. GFM does not solicit donations to buy people’s freedom, pay kiln owners for releases or settle claimed debts as a way to free families.

Future projects: A fundraising description of a planned or proposed project does not mean the project is funded, underway, or completed. For example, GFM currently provides individual water filters and pumps for existing water wells as part of practical clean-water assistance and is seeking funding for future community well projects. GFM has not yet drilled or completed a community water well.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

Charitable contributions are generally final once accepted and used or committed for charitable purposes. GFM may review documented errors, duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Refunds are only considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • A duplicate donation was made in error.
  • An incorrect amount was entered during an online transaction.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is confirmed.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the original donation date by emailing info@globalfreedommission.org.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Donor Privacy and Security

We value and protect your privacy.
All online donations are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Online donations are handled through third-party payment processors. Global Freedom Mission does not intentionally collect full payment-card details through ordinary website content; payment providers may process and retain transaction information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and safeguard donor data.

5. Donation Receipts and Records

Donation receipts and records are provided according to the payment method used and applicable requirements. For contributions of $250 or more, donors generally need a contemporaneous written acknowledgment containing required information to substantiate a federal charitable deduction. When goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution, additional acknowledgment or disclosure rules may apply.

If you have not received your receipt or statement, please contact our team at info@globalfreedommission.org.

6. In-Kind Donations

We gratefully accept in-kind gifts that align with our mission and operational capacity (such as food, clothing, or equipment).
Donors are responsible for determining the fair market value of non-cash contributions in accordance with IRS guidelines.

7. One-Time Giving

Global Freedom Mission’s online donation options are intended for one-time gifts. Donors may choose their own donation amount where the payment method allows it. GFM does not require donors to enroll in a recurring or subscription donation plan.

Supporters who wish to give again later may return to the website and make another one-time donation at any time.

8. Financial Accountability

Global Freedom Mission is committed to responsible financial stewardship and transparency.
We maintain accurate records and submit annual financial statements and IRS Form 990 filings as required by law.

We are committed to stewarding all resources with integrity, accountability, and excellence.
